Report a problem

Include your device, app version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. For a guide, include its link only if you are comfortable sharing it with support. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Unsafe content or an abusive account

Use Report on a guide or profile. Use Block on a profile to remove the friendship and prevent further interactions between the accounts. You can also email us a link and a description of the concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Manage your data

You can edit your profile, change audiences, unpublish, or delete guides in the iPhone app. Account deletion is available in Profile and on the account deletion page. See Privacy for more information.

Beta access

The iPhone beta is being prepared for a small internal TestFlight test. There is no public installation link yet.
